Well, for starters, the above isn’t where I live. It is one of the places I love to escape to.
My real name is Lee Proudlove, I am an Anglican vicar working in the Philippines. I live in Cebu, and am working with the Episcopal Church here to help start new congregations. I am married to Sally, and we have 3 kids. Born and bred in the UK we came to Cebu in 2005, and after suffering a fair amount of culture shock were finally getting used to life here.
I hope you enjoy the blog, the idea is to give a slice of life here, post some interesting links, hopefully plug our fledgling churches (if you are ever passing through call in), and provide a means of contact with friends and family.
God Bless, hope you enjoy the site
Greetings Lee–loved reading your blog and look forward to future posts. Things are looking bleak in the US. Will keep in touch. Blessings to you and your family, Ken

The Episcopal Diocese of North Central Philippines has a web page and i would like to share it to everyone (it under construction though). Our bishop, the Rt. Revd. Joel Pacho is very much involved in the development of the website.

Hello, Fr. Lee:
Can you advise if there is an Episcopal Church in Cagayan de Oro City and, if so, what is its condition in terms of attendance and congregational health. I am considering relocating to Cagayan de Oro City and need to determine if I will have a place to worship.
